What is Richard Brandson’s new luxury hotel like?

The hotel will retain all of the original features of the Finca, bringing it back to life as a spectacular new hotel in one of the most prestigious and protected areas of the Tramuntana, along with incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean coast.

The development of the Finca began in June of last year with a meticulous project of historical reconstruction focused on existing buildings and structures, using traditional and local materials at the heart of the hotel’s design.

The combination of the new design with existing historic elementssuch as the wood joinery, stone arches, wrought iron work and whitewash, help bring the hotel to life, whilst ensuring that the Finca’s history is celebrated and displayed at every possible opportunity.

The hotel include the main farm and the Tafona, which formerly housed the historic olive press, as well as various outbuildings. are you home 28 impressive rooms and suites, including two exhibition Tower Suites, one of which was originally a medieval defense tower built in the 15th century.

In addition, the hotel will offer two restaurants, lounges, multiple outdoor dining terraces, and a stunning new pool with incredible views of the surroundings and the famous Foradada of Mallorca.

  • Water is collected and reused for irrigation, while a hotel-wide building management system will be added to monitor and control lighting, air conditioning and energy consumption within the property.
